Encourage Your Baby's Early Development!

Do you have a one, two or three month old baby at home and are not quite sure what activities to do with them when they are awake?

Do you want to know what toys and accessories are good or bad for your baby’s development at this age?

Discover the WELCOME BABY engaging activities tailored for your 1-3 month old baby that promote vital skills and development while you play together.

Between the ages of 1 and 3 months, babies are completely dependent on us, so it is very important for you to learn the right grips and show your baby how to make the right movements on their own. At this age, babies begin to relax the tight muscle tone they have developed as newborns and start to stretch their arms and legs more. Some of the protective reflexes present at birth begin to disappear. By the end of the third month, the muscles in your baby’s neck will become stronger, allowing them to lift their head and chest when placed on their stomach. It is recommended that you use brightly coloured toys to help develop your baby’s ability to distinguish colours, as soft pastels can be difficult for them to distinguish.

The WELCOME BABY provides you with activities that you can do at home to ensure that your baby is stimulated while awake. The activities are also designed to work on the basic skills needed for gross motor, fine motor and communication development. This programme will learn you how to stimulate your baby to meet their developmental milestones and give you fun ideas for playing with your baby. These baby activities can easily be carried out at home using our recommended toys and accessories. During the visit, you will also receive tips and recommendations on accessories and the best toys for your baby’s cognitive and motor development at this age.
